Return and Refund Policy for HMK Global Corp
As a provider of AI consulting and custom software development services, HMK Global Corp’s offerings are inherently unique, customized, and delivered based on agreed-upon project milestones and specifications. Due to the nature of our services, our Return and Refund Policy differs from that of physical goods.
1. Service-Based Engagements
Our services are provided under specific Service Agreements or Statements of Work (SOWs). These documents will clearly define the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, payment schedules, and project-specific terms. Any provisions for cancellations, adjustments, or remedies will be outlined within these individual agreements.
2. No Refunds for Completed Services
Once a service phase or project milestone has been completed and accepted by the client as per the agreed-upon SOW, or if work has commenced on a particular phase, refunds for that completed or commenced work will generally not be provided. This is due to the significant resources, time, and expertise invested in custom AI development and consultation.
3. Project Cancellations
- Client-Initiated Cancellation: If a client wishes to cancel an ongoing project or service engagement, they must provide written notice as specified in the respective SOW. Any refund or credit will be determined based on the amount of work completed, expenses incurred, and any non-refundable deposits as outlined in the SOW.
- HMK Global Corp-Initiated Cancellation: In the rare event that HMK Global Corp needs to cancel a project, we will provide written notice and work to resolve any outstanding deliverables or obligations. Any advance payments for uncompleted work will be handled fairly, potentially including a pro-rata refund for services not rendered.
4. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding service delivery or billing should be communicated in writing to HMK Global Corp within [e.g., 15 days] of the issue arising. We are committed to working collaboratively with our clients to resolve concerns fairly and efficiently.
5. Exceptions
